How do I get my boutique listed?
Go to stores.bridifyapp.com, create an account and fill in your shop: a few photos, your opening hours and the brands you carry. It is free and takes a few minutes.
If you would rather talk to a person first, write to us and we will set it up with you. One account is one shop for now; if you run two locations, drop us a line before you start.
What does it cost?
Listing your boutique is free. If you want more brides to find you, there is a Premium listing on top, with your own ads in the swipe feed, a higher place in the boutique search and your own numbers on how brides respond to your shop, among other things. There is no minimum term: start it when a quiet month comes, stop it when the diary is full.
What does Premium actually get me?
Here is some of what it includes today. Up to three ads of your own inside the swipe feed, shown only to brides within 100 km of your shop, so you are paying to reach the ones who could actually drive to you. A higher place in the boutique search inside that same radius. The partner badge on your profile. And your own numbers: how many brides looked at your shop, how many tapped through to your phone, your website or your Instagram, and what brides in your market are swiping on.
How do brides find my shop?
A bride swipes, saves a dress she loves, and taps Find boutique. The app shows her the shops near her that carry that designer, and yours is one of them if you have listed the brand. She sees your photos, your hours and your phone number, and takes it from there.
It works at the brand level: the app knows which labels you carry, not which dresses are on your rail. So a bride arrives knowing you have the designer, and the two of you find the dress together.
Do I have to upload dress photos or track my stock?
No. Every dress in the app comes from the designer, with the designer's own photos. All we need from you is three to seven good photos of the shop and the list of brands you carry. No stock lists, no product uploads, nothing to redo when a designer's new season lands. Just keep your brand list honest.
What if a bride walks in wanting a dress I don't have?
It happens, and we prepare brides for it: we tell them that not every dress is in every shop, and that boutiques carry a selection from each label. If you carry the designer she came in for, the odds are good she finds a dress from that label she loves just as much.
Some brands I carry aren't in the app. Why?
Because each designer decides for themselves whether to list with us. A label that is not in the app cannot send you brides yet, however lovely it is.
If there is a brand you wish were in, tell them. A stockist saying "our brides are asking for you on Bridify" carries far more weight than anything we can say.
I only have a few dresses from a brand. Should I list it?
List the brands you actively carry with a current collection on the rail. If a bride arrives for a label and finds two dresses from three seasons ago, that is a wasted trip for her and an awkward hour for you. A shorter, honest brand list beats a long one, every time.
How do brides get in touch?
Directly with you, the way they already do. Your profile shows your phone number, your website and your Instagram, and a bride taps whichever she prefers. Nothing sits in between, and there is nothing to connect to your calendar. You carry on running your diary exactly as you do now.
Why Bridify rather than Instagram or Google ads?
Different tools, different jobs. Instagram wants feeding: content, budgets, and an audience that is mostly not getting married. Google reaches people who are searching, but only for as long as you keep bidding. Bridify asks little of you once you are listed, and the people on it are there for one reason: they are looking for a wedding dress, and the ones near you can see that you carry the labels they have been saving.
It is not either/or. Keep whatever already works for you. If you need appointments this week, Google is faster. If you want brides who already know they want your designers to find you month after month, that is what we do.
I'm an independent designer with my own shop. Can I list?
Yes, and you get both halves. Your dresses go into the swipe feed like any other label, and your shop is the boutique brides are shown when they save one. Because that is two things to set up rather than one, get in touch through the contact page and we will do it with you instead of sending you to the self-serve form.
Which countries are you in?
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. If your shop is in one of those, you can list today. Ireland and Australia are launching soon.
Listing takes a few minutes and costs nothing. If you would rather we set it up for you, say so and we will.
