Lucy runs its seams from shoulder to hem instead of breaking at the waist. The neckline cuts down in a V, which lengthens the neck, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The lace carries the pattern, worked open so what is under it still reads. The hem runs out into a chapel train, the shorter of the two usual ones, and the back cuts down to a V.
