Eleanor leaves the waist where it is and widens in one unbroken sweep to the hem. The neckline curves in two soft peaks across the bust, and the sleeves run the length of the arm to the wrist. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The back laces up, so the fit can be taken in or let out.
